"Brides Against Breast Cancer TM" gown sales continue to be an important fund-raising events for Making Memories. Their more than 32 yearly shows provide brides-to-be with an opportunity to find their dream gown (at an incredible savings) while making wishes and dreams come true for women and men who are losing their fight against breast cancer. 

It is the mission of Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation™ to grant wishes, including memory-making events, for meta static breast cancer patients, while continuing to support, educate and increase resource awareness. 

"Our goal is to provide individuals and their families with a special time together, away from the realities of disease and financial concerns.  We desire that everyone losing his or her fight against breast cancer, pass from this world comforted by the joy of having left one final beautiful memory for his or her family."

The worldwide support of designers, manufacturers, bridal shops and individuals (who donate a most treasured possession) make possible their Nationwide Tour of Gowns sales.  The proceeds from these events help bring a moment of joy into the world of someone for whom a cure is too late. 

This unique opportunity allows brides-to-be a chance to find the gown of their dreams at a remarkable price, while helping to make wishes and memory-making events come true. The dates has been set for VIP Saturday May 2, 2009  2 p.m. til 6:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 3, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. til 6:00 p.m. at the Nashville Tennessee Fair Grounds, 625 Smith Avenue in the Creative Arts, Annex and Exhibitors Buildings.

In addition to buying a dress, you as a bride can definitely make a difference for Making Memories. You can make a donation to Making memories in lieu of favors. You can visit the Making Memories site to see the various corporate partners, groups and individuals that give a portion of their proceeds to Making Memories.
